i have the same thing after im done skating it is that if you have done some thing that you havnt done in a while your muscles arent use to it any more and you need to losein up befor you do that thing again hope i have helped
You taking any type of supplements/vitamins for your workout routine? Also i don't know to what degree you are with working out, but over punishing your body isn't going to give you the greatest results. A lot of times in the gym you will see guys trying to have a testosterone competition of who can bench the most or leg press 1,000 lbs. Best advice i can give you is do less weight with higher reps. Their are a lot of post workout recovery products on the market, do a little research, prosource.net has some good forums and a good selection of products. Also, try to concentrate on certain parts of your body, like one day do just chest and back, or all legs, or triceps/biceps. Focus on one group and the next time you go to the gym focus on another while that group is healing. You should pretty much be able to work out every muscle group in your body in working out 3 days a week. Don't work out every single day, give your muscles at least a day between to heal.
