How to lose weight?


Question:
I want to know a healthy, effective, somewhat quick way to lose weight? Should I ditch the carbs? Should I be paying more attention to the calories or carbs? I exercise a couple times a week as well to help with this too. Any suggestions?

Answers:
No breads, no pastas, no sodas for sure. Take a multivitamin every day. Do as many pushups and situps in the morning as you can. Why? Get the blood flowing. Drink lots of fluids and you will be on your way.
