Whats the quickest way to lose weight?

Question:
what kind of diet and exercise mix can I do to excel my weight loss? are there any supplements that help too?

Answers:
The world would be a better place if we could finally get this message across: There is no safe way to quickly and permanently lose a lot of weight. That is especially true of any supplemental diet aid. None of them work well. All of them are unsafe and overpriced.

The correct question is; "How can I safely and permanently achieve my ideal weight?"

Having restated your question with your Best interests in mind, here is the information you seek:
Eat a variety of raw, unprocessed natural fruits and vegetables.
Eat numerous small meals throughout the day, approximately every three hours.
Avoid big meals at wide intervals.
Drink metabolic-enhancing fruit juices such as grapefruit and pineapple juice.

Gentle, regular non-jarring exercise is FAR better than heavy lifting or frantic aerobics.
Bicycling is great, however there is danger if you fall.
Running is too strenuous for most, and it is jarring and somewhat dangerous too.
Swimming is great, if you happen to live near a convenient swimming pool and like to swim.
Walking is the overall best because anyone who is ambulatory can start without any training or equipment other than good shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

The secret to weight-loss through exercises is doing it daily and for a long enough time. You have to involve as many big muscle groups as possible and keep them working for about 20 minutes, EVERY DAY!

That's why the "sun salutation" routine of Hatha Yoga is supreme for weight loss and slimming effect. There is no other exercises that compares in efficacy or speed.
You can do the sun-salutation in very little space, with normal clothing and it is absolutely free!

Next to that, brisk walking is the safest and fastest slimming/ weight-loss exercise.

If your losing almost a pound a day---maxed out..Can't lose more than that... Stay to 800 cal a day and drink water---take long walks... Supplement will just put hard to disolve lumps in your stomach...
Exercise and eat less calories and healthier!! Average adult should consume approx. 2,000 calories a day.
...800 if you want to starve??
I guess you didnt ask for the healthiest answer..so maybe 800 is better. Or just throw up your food and keep it at 0.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Try lots of fruit and vegtables. There will be no need to calculate calories if in all your meals consist of lean protein and half a plate of fruit or vegtables. And rememver portion control measure everything you put in your mouth like one big bowl of cereal isnt a serving and doesnt have 100 calories that is more like 2-4 servings. And for exercise start off with walking for twenty minutes, and strength training on whatever areas you need it. You can also use dumbells. Try taking Alli, it is supposed to block 25% of fat absorbed per meal you take it three times a day before meals. Remember the quickest way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume, One pound is 3500 calories burn 500 calories a day and lose about a pound a week.
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
