To much sugar?


Question:
I love sweet stuff with to much sugar, how can I let go to the sugar items for healthy items to lose weight? What does everyone else do?

Answers:
Sugar is an addiction. The only way to break it is cold turkey. It will be uncomfortable for a few days. But if you can be strong for 3-5 days, it will become easier. Eventually you won't even want it, even when it is right in front of you.
