Is it possible that i loss 4 lbs in one day?

I use 10 be 140 and now I'm 136. My mom says I did lose it but I bet our scale is broken, but my moms and bro's weights are normal. BTW. I'm 13.

As long as you persevere, you'll be rewarded.

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
