Is anyone here skinny?

i am a mom of 1, and i am just naturally skinny...
i am so tired of being asked and accused by friends that i am to tough to myself (diet)
but i am not on diet, i hate it
i hate diet , i hate exercise
to be honest, i just dunno why i am skinny

i eat just everything i want to..
it is really annoying me on how people asking me and accusing me being too tough to myself... every time i see my friends after i gave birth to my baby, they ask me what sort of diet that i am doing ... and i have to explain them one by one that i am not, and they dont believe me...

some even just all of sudden after see how i get my old shape back in a short time, suggest me not to diet , they even not asking me first whether i am on diet or not

anyone here is in same situation as me? how do u handle it? the question and the accusing

yes, i can relate im 19yr old girl weigh 54kg and am around 160cm. I do get a few comments saying im too skinny but lately iv put on weight, personally i think im not too skinny , i do eat whatever i want. i believe you have a fast metabolism. however iv learnt to love my body (or still in the process) and also i do sometimes wish i had bigger breast or what not. but i am starting to except my self. try looking at the positives, btw i bet millions of people would die for your body, also as for yur fwends theyre prob curious or jealous.
I am wicked skinny ! I am 24 year old male, 5'9" and weigh like 120 tops, probably less. I don't have a eating disorder and I don't diet or exercise, I just have a fast metabolism. I eat at least 3 full meals a day and tons of snacks, I love food but can't seem to put on weight even if I wanted to. Who cares what other people say. Real friends accept you for you and that is that. I'm proud to be skinny, least I'm not fat :P

U have been blessed with a naturally balancing mechanism and metabolism. Keep it back. Do not be distracted by what others say.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
