How can I continue a diet??


Question:
I have tried many times to diet and slim down but I get easily bored and ravenous so I end up raiding the cupboard and putting back on anything I've lost.
Are there any diets that I can try that are easy to stick to?

PS ~ Nothing with fruit or veg in as I don't like either

well sweetie, it's kinda hard to have a good diet without all the fruits and veggies your body needs. umm i suppose you could just eat complex carbs, they will keep you full longer and lots of water. make sure to take multivitamins too
you've got to eat fruits and veggies - regardless of their taste, your body needs their nourishment!

you won't be able to slim down on bread, meat, and cheese, so you'll have to incorporate the fruits and veggies in some way, as they are VERY filling, and can substitute for larger, higher cal. meals.
Then water is your only food. Wake up. You are eating much more than you are burning. Its like going to the gas station at every block and putting in 5 gallons of gas(even once the tank is full, you still keep adding 5 gallons) Now the fuel is on the paint job, again and again and again.
Essentially that is what you are doing.
You are pigging out. You eat way more than what your body is using to run the muscles and the organs.

To say this tactfully is Change or D I E.
First, get to your family doctor for a complete physical and health guideline on dieting because without fruits and veggies you just increased your difficulties. Second, ask him/her about vitamin suppliments. Dieting doesn't have to be stressful but in all cases does HAVE to be reasonable and safe. Wrongful dieting can lead to other complications that you were'nt looking for or expecting. CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR HEALTH OFFICIAL. Best of health to you!
