everyone says yoga, pilates blah blah blah. all i do is jog round the neighbourhood a few times a week and my body is as toned as ever - tight a**, tight legs, tight abs, tight arms etc.
oh..i'm also a dancer so yeah.
I really think jogging and some ab work has done it for me.
