Soo ANNOYING!?

Question:
I have a small waist. But I have huge love handles. I go out so much! What are great exercise (and diets) to get rid of them?

Answers:
Start with 100 situps a day. Keep your chin off of your chest and dont lift with your neck , lift with your abs. When you feel a burn in your abs, then its working! :)
well the way my older fitness trainer told me is to dance, and use your abs while doing it. Or you can do cruches , pick your chioce (i say the dancing)
just get lipo there. it doesnt hurt.
i say you are perfect just the way you are..but if you want to lose a few try yoga, crunches and/or a diet have fun a feel healthy too
See site below to see why you need to give up trans fats under good and BAD fats. The exercise for love handles is to hold a pole on your shouders. Then twist in one direction and then in the other. This comes from the governor of CA.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise like brisk walks. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog
