What kinds of food should I eat if I plan to do two hours of cardio (stationary bike) per day? I am female, weigh 180, and am 5'4. I am planning to drop 50 pounds. I ask, because I get very hungry after my workouts. My usual diet is grilled fish or chicken, a salad or some vegetables, plus all fruit smoothies, and other random pieces of fruit. Can I eat 1 cup of pasta after working out with a light tomato sauce?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
