I'm sorry but it doesn't work that way. To lose 2 lbs you'd need an excess of 7000 calories. Even if you starved yourself, didn't drink water and exercised, it's still pretty impossible to lose it.
For what reason? You could easily lose two pounds by just reducing your sodium intake -- since sodium inhibits water retention. Just don't go too low; aim for 1500mg. Just remember that it is just water weight.

don't drink or eat anything it will make u lose water weight, but sorry u can't lose 2 pounds of fat in less than a day, every pound hold 3500 calories and walking a mile only burns off about 100 calories. You can do it, but it won't stay off. It will basically be water loss. First take a diurtec, any otc will do. Drink plenty of water to flush yourself out, eat nothing but veggies, and find an exercise that will make you sweat.
Just make sure you eat a nutritional meal after your weigh in.
