Snack bars?

Question:
if your on the go what is a good snack bar to have that is somewhat healthy and low calorie

Answers:
Kashi chewy granola bars are really good and are loaded with protein and fiber to keep you full. Only 140 cal.
Nutri Grain bars, Alpen Bars and Fruit Flakes are also good but have a few calories in them :) hope this helps
Avoid the diet bars, as they are way overpriced.

Go for some kind of granola bar that isn't sweetened with sugars and has lots of nuts. Nuts are a great thing to eat because nut oils will keep you from getting hungry as quickly, and they are relatively healthy for you.
Have you ever tried the special K bars? they have like 90 calories. Or you could always go with half a nutrigrain bar, or one fig newton. It depends what you like. If you like a bar that has a lot of calories in it just split it in half with someone! Take it easy!
The Best ones That I have had sre made by Snickers(Called Marathon Bars. Carmel Nut Rush(290 Cal) and Multigrain Crunch(220 Cal). There is also a new Almond one(150 Cal). Another one that is good is the South Beach Diet cinnamon and Rasin bar(150 cal). They all taste good and are high in protier and fiber. best price I have found is as Wal-Mart in the "Nutrition" aisle. The South Beach are soldl usually in the cereal bar/granola bar aisle at the grocery stores.
Special K bars. Most of the others are just as bad as a candy bar.
KIND Bars without a doubt would be my snack of choice. They are the best! Let me know if you agree?
