I need your help im a 5'5,f,152 pounds if i take sum laxatives will i lose weigh i need to lose 7 pounds ?

Well yes do not over do it on the laxatives and yes you will loose a couple pounds. I lost 20 pounds just by swapping to diet drinks. Diet dr pepper and flavored water is about all I drink and im still loosing weight. you will see a big change in no time I know i did.
laxatives will not help you loose weight
You'd be better off to just stick with the diet and exercise plan. Your weight would come right back (assuming you even lost any) from taking laxatives. Plus, is it really worth the torture?? We all wish that there was an alternative to diet and exercise, but there really isn't.
As a bonus, if you lose weight while you are in school, everyone will be there to notice the change...that should be pretty satisfying too.

You could lose up to 5 pounds, but it would be water weight. But hey if you're like me, its just satisfying seeing the scale go down even if its not fat that you're losing.
You will lose weight but it is extremely unsafe for you to try this method. You sould try to midify your eating habits and get out and excercise. You could see much better results from that and you'd have the added benefit of getting healthy and a better chance of maintaining the wieght loss.
using laxitives is a dangerous way to try to loose weight, it does not reomve any fat from your body, it simply clears the colon, so if you take a laxitive, your scale may show you have lost a few pounds, but as soon as you eat and fill the colon again, you will weigh about the same. the best and only safe way to loose weight is diet and exercise. cut out all sweets especially soda, and try to cut down on bread and pasta. these are very high fat building things. don't worry sweetie, you were able to loose 8 in 3 weeks, that is pretty good. the average for most is 1-2 pounds a week.. the closer you get to your weight goal, the slower it will come off. your body does not want to give it up very easy. Don't starve your self, that is the reason most diets fail. you are better off eating 6 small meals a day rather one large one( which you will do if you dont eat), this allows your body to have fuel all thruogh the day, where one large meal allow fat building.
