Work Out Question Is It Possible?

Hi!
- Yes, it is possible, but you'll need to work out hard and very reguarly because of the short time limit you have.
Your diet should be strict; a balanced diet consisting of carbohydrates, lots of fruit and vegetables and protein. - You must limit your amounts of fatty foods by as much as possible. When working out, a good tip is to eat more reguarly, but with smaller portions. Instead of the usual breakfast, lunch and dinner, five meals a day is more appropriate, ideally one small meal every 3 hours (this is to make your digestive system work more reguarly, too, so as you are exercising, you're burning off more calories than if you consume 3 larger meals a day) - this must consist of a portion of fruit and lots of fluids.
In terms of working out, your regime should be to exercise for 3 to 5 hours a day, depending on how dramatic you want your results to be. If you want a 6 pack, you must mainly focus on exercising your core muscles in the stomach. Some good exercises are:
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
- The plank
- Sit-ups, but twisting your body as you come up; this will strengthen your stomach even more
(You can increase the intensity by putting weights into a backpack whilst doing sit-ups)
- Running
- Aerobic exercises, such as cycling, trampolining, tennis and squash. - These exercises won't directly help with the 6-pack, but they will strengthen your muscles, which will make the sit-ups and pushups easier.
- Another activity is swimming, try it after you have finished training - it loosens the muscles, making your next day of training less of a strain, as long as you don't push it too hard... plus it's still exercising!
Remember - it's quality not quantity. Build the number of repititions up each day. For example, start with 10, then 20 etc.
Also, it's all about strengthening and feeling the burn! - It's no use doing 5 sit-ups, then having a rest, then doing another 5, then having a rest, etc. - Set yourself a challenging, yet realistic challenge. - If you can feel your stomach working, then you are doing it properly.
Good luck training, and hopefully, you'll get the results you want!
Yeah, it's possible. One of the most important things you can do is to keep your stomach muscles tight whenever you are walking around, sitting down, taking a crap or driving a car. To do this correctly arch your lower back (stick your butt out) and flex your stomach muscles as hard as you can. In other words, keep your stomach muscles flexed at all times (unless you're sleeping, eating or laying down watching TV). After a couple of weeks, keeping your stomach muscles tight will become natural. Do this on top of whatever ab exercise program you choose. It will make a world of difference, and you should notice a big difference right away. I'm talking about within just a couple of days. Flex your stomach muscles and dig into them with your fingers to guage your progress.
