The key is exercise. Please do not starve yourself because that is not going to help one bit!! Why can't you put your 5 month old in a stroller and run? Or exercise during naps? Just take 15 minutes here and there multiple times per day and exercise! You can't make excuses for not exercises. There is no other safe way of weight loss. Be creative, hold the baby and do squats etc.
