Well, Samantha, you are going to have to exercise. I suggest a balance of weight training and some mild aerobics to start. You are at a good age to start and would probably do well with some 5 and 10 lb. dumbbells. If you are totally new to exercise ask your coach for some ideas to make you look more muscular. There are also a large number of books in any book store to help get you started. Good luck.
start to excersise at the gym and get a personal trainer and they will thell you what to go on to get the tone you want !
