Im getting fat?

Question:
Over a one year period, I lost 120lbs and went from 289lbs to 169Ibs. I continued my execise regiment and healthy eating habits for over a year. Then one day I decided that I would eat regular food and continue exercising. I did this for a while and still maintained my sexy physique. Eventually I became too busy to keep up with the exercising with all the time spent at work, and I have magically put on 25lbs in a space of 2 months. I don't look or feel bad at all, but can someone tell me how I can incorporate some sort of exercise into my very busy schedule, and also how many calories should I eat per day?(I am 6' tall)

Answers:
If you have an assistant, Give them a break. Make trips to the copying machine yourself. Take the longest route when doing anything. Park your car a bit further from the entrance of your building. This might sound crazy but you can do side bends with 5 gallon bottles of water, Arm bends with paperweights. I think that 1500 calories per day is best for weight maintenance. Good Luck!

i can answer the last question, a really good amount of calories you should comsume a day is at the most. 1000 calories, from your drinks and such, like the lean cuseins **the diet meals** they're all abbout 230 calories, and if you have one for each meal it keeps you good,

over 2000 is very bad.i can't give you that much else advice when it comes to more exercise cause you claim your an active busy "'man?"" but keep it up.
you should have a healthy diet.
I seriously want to know that, too!
Tibetan Yoha can help you. AT least for me it worked. Check It out. Simple exercizes you can do anywhere. No more than 10 min a day. you should go a n a reduced calorie diet too.
well some easy ways to incorporate exercise into your daily life is:
ditch the elevator and hop on the stairs!
on escalators walk all the way up instead of standing there.
walk if you are going somewhere close by.

good luck!
See a dietition.
A guy your size should consume 2000-2500 calories per day. Cut back on the carbs (it's easy to do, just read the labels on the prepared food you buy), bread, rice, potatoes and especially sugar. Cut ALL refined sugar from your diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and avoid as much fat as possible. Walk everywhere, park your car far away so you have to walk more, and take the stairs instead of the elevator. You only need about 30 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per day to keep your metabolism rate high. Get it early in the day and you'll burn more calories all day. Good luck!
