Most people have the common misconception that not feeling"hungry" means don't eat. You should always eat regularly, every 3 to 4 hours, to keep your metabolism up, even if you aren't hungry. Eating a balance of protein and carbs (apple and peanut butter) if you aren't hungry will keep your blood sugar and metabolism in check.
Exercise. I don't watch what I eat as far as counting calories or anything, and you don't have to either, if you are exercising. I don't mean pounding the pavement if youhate running. If you see exercise as a chore, like most do, then you aren't doing the best exercise for you!
I personally get satisfaction and have fun when I'm doing pilates and bellydancing. I also love hiking, and playing tennis! These are fun to me, so I actually love doing them!!
Pick something you love to do, do it. Move your body. Eat to fuel your body. Don't count cals. Eat every 3 to 4 hours. (And if you want that donut, have it.just not too often.)

Don't diet. Excercise.
If you excercise you can eat pretty much what you want.
8-10 hours a day should do it if your really overwieght.
You should excersice too. And instead of eating 3 normal meals spread it out to 5 small meals.
First don't we all want to lose wait and second it's not about starving yourself. your body needs food to run. you just have to watch what you eat and how much you intake. also you should try doing exercise.
erm.. well you are meant to eat 4-5-6 meals a day, but have to be small, even if ur not hungry, i would still have somethin small, because if u get reli hungry later, urll put extra weight on, soz if im makin no sense, anyway, hope its helpful and u get the right answer, lol ..
go to your doctor and get them to put you on a sensible diet as beginners usual struggle to understand how to do dieting properly. you have to keep eating a lot of food, but more healthily and less fatty foods.
do not do dieting pills, detox unless necessary, Atkins diet, slinkiest plan. or anything like that as they are a little dangerous. usually weft watches do a sensible diet.
no. just eat small amounts and count your calories. if your really not hungry just have a nutrition bar or a bowl of cerial. and make sure you have at least 4 servings of fruits and veggies a day.
I think you should eat normally. Maybe 5 times a day but small meals instead. This way, it will keep you from feeling hungry so you eat less.
Eating less is not the only way. Exercise is very important as well and it doesn't have to be the hard core gym workout type. It could be a brisk walk and even getting enough rest is important.
