Weak back - curved spine?

Question:
Years of too much sitting (slouching) and little activity have left my back weak. Looking in the mirror, my spine also seems slightly curved.

What are some good exercises to correct this?

Answers:
As far as I'm aware slouching will not give you a curved back .

That is an old wives' tale .

What you're looking at now is OSTEOPOROSIS.

50 years ago it was better known as "dowager's hump".

There are medications you can take to lessen any further escalation of the condition.

Take care of it now- it will only get worse.

Lack of calcium and genetics are large keys to the problem.

( smoking robs your bones of calcium- some older smokers have it too)
