I Need Help On My Diet! (Best Answer Gets 10 Points)?

I am a young male(17 years-old) and Weight 150(pounds), Is That A Good Weight For Me, I am a medium fame person. My Height is 5ft. 10in. .. . And my calorie intake is 1,200 calories per day.

Also would it hurt to take Normal centrum tablets 3 times a week, for good health or is this a bad idea ?

Also I need Tips On Winter Activities for Outside ??

Well 150 is an okay weight for 5'10, but a bit on the skinny side for a medium frame, and 1200 calories daily is WAY too low, ESPECIALLY for someone who's 17. You could probably eat 4000 without gaining a pound (though I wouldn't particularly reccomend it)

A centrum even daily wouldn't do anything but good really, I'd suppliment it with a 500mg vitamin C tablet too if you're not getting a lot of oranges/orange juice.

But really, god, take in more calories. You need about 1900 if you're remotely active, and again, at your age, 2200 would be good, 2500 even if you're being active. Right now you're simply starving your body of nutrition meaninglessly.

Your a bit on the light side should put on Little weight. up your calories to about 2200. Centrum is a good multivitamin, I take one daily of the centrum advanced. I would add a calcium and magnesium supplement to it. Centrum is a bit low in these and the calcium is very important at your age because you are still growing.

If you live in a area that has snow, cross country skiing is the best outside exercise to work your whole body, sled riding is also a fun activity that will burn calories.
