I think the best way to do this is to not change your diet/exercise habits besides eating a little more junk food than normal.
Me.. I exercise excellently but I don't eat well. So what happened to me is that I'm super skinny but my butt and legs are kind of rounder.. lol

But if you really WANT to gain weight than it's very safe just as long as you pay attention. Make sure you do it right though. When most girls want to gain weight, they go and eat pizza, hamburgers, cookies and don't excercise for a couple of days. The problem with that is the fat doesn't distribute evenly throughout your body. It'll just go straight to your butt, thighs or stomach. Here's what you do: figure out how many calories you eat in a day. Then just up the amout by 500 calories or however much you'd like. But still eat nutritiously and then the fat will distribute evenly. You will eventually gain a little big of weight. And of course, you could probably have that pizza or hamburger a little more often then you usually do. Just be careful.
If you want to gain a little weight, i suggest eating more food (but not junk food - that isn't the right way to gain weight without being unhealthy). It all really depends on hiw much weight you want to gain. If you really want to gain weight the right way, talking to your doctor about it would be the best option.
