If i do not eat for a day a or 2 for a week will i loose alot of weight with out being anerexic?

no not really. what makes u lose weight is exercise and eating right, and besides i try saying that but i dont have any control so i binge which is even worse than just eating normal foods. dont starve urself its not good.
you won't lose any weight. you're body will go on starvation mode and the next time you eat, it will keep all the fat and won't burn it. thats why starving doesn't help lose weight. just work out. do something you enjoy and limit yourself on soft drinks, fast food... you know.

Not eating for one day is healthy as long as you drink enough water. It gives your system a chance to clean itself. I don't know about 2 but if you feel healthy and active I suppose it's OK. I hope you are not doing this to lose weight. There are much better ways to go about that.
Nothing will happen except for eating twice as much when you do eat. Do searches for Low fat diet, or what ever type of diet you want. Type in for example, low fat free recipes. You would not believe the sites with good diet recipes that are free. Almost any thing you like, if you type in the name of food and put diet, you should find diet recipes for free with that food in them.
Maybe, but it would be unhealthy to fast. The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn, so eat less and exercise more.

You will surely slow your metabolism rate so that losing weight will be more difficult. Then you might binge after you starved yourself.
There are many ways to lose weight while you eat.
Just eat only complex carbs, , lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Kelsie Fasting is not a good way to lose weight wether for a couple of days a week or not,you'd be much better off doing an exercize program that deals with cardio,and a free weight program,really losing weight can be a challenge sometimes but burning allot of pounds all at once is not recommended either..be gradual and give yourself time to shed those unwanted pounds.and being anerexic is not caused by not eating two days a week its a eating problem caused over time and is an established eating problem not one that a person chooses to do but one of many eating disorders not by choice but by bad eating habits...so all in all your idea of losing weight by starving yourself for short periods of time will only slow up your metabolism and acually be less effective at losing weight.
