im usin the ab lounge 1 day a week..has anybody had any good results with this...and if i excersise my stomach will that make my butt smaller b/c i dont want that to happen =[

I have one too, I hate to tell you, but it's not going to help using it just one day a week, Abs need to be worked every day if you want to see any improvement. I do at least 100 every single day and yes I've noticed a big difference. I honestly don't think that stomach exercises will make your butt smaller, they will help firm it up due to the movements you will be doing on the ab lounge. Good luck and don't forget to eat right if you want to see those ab muscles!!
