Work-out regimen..how long till weight loss??


Question:
I do about 30 minutes of cardio directly targeted for my legs everyday, pretty much only drink water, no soda or stuff life that. And eat about one meal a day with the rest just being a couple snacks..

I know the one meal a day thing sounds bad but I sleep till about 3:00 PM and so I pretty much miss breakfast and lunch..

Anyways how long till I start losing weight?

Let me tell you, only 1 meal a day is just not good, and what time are you going to bed to sleep in till 3pm? I have lost 3 kg myself in past 2 weeks and my muscles in arms and tummy have tightned. I have tennis once a week and soccer twice a week. I walk my dog pratically everyday. I eat 3 square meals with a piece of fruit in between. I advoid sodas and i drink lots of milk. I have been lately doing at least 50 sit ups a day and its showing, over 1 week my tummy was tightned!
