Ive noticed feeling stronger within a week or so, if you lift religiously, look for some visible results in about a month, within three or four months it will be pretty noticible to others.

It really depends on what size weights your lifting and how regularly. A piece of advice though .. if ur ligting heavy weights give ur body time to re juvenate... try lifting every 2nd or third day... and i would say you should be seeing results in 3-4 weeks.
