You need to be eating atleast 1200 calories; and that's without rigorous exercising. If you eat around 1200 calories And exercise at least an hour a day, 10-15 pounds may be possible for 20-25 days.
i think youre going to be anorexic. dont do it. Please...i was anorexic and it became something much worse. eat no less than 1200 calries and exercise.
Possibly. But if you limit your calories drastically to under 800 a day, your body will go into starvation mode and will slow your metabolism down, even with exercise. Try eating six small meals throughout the day (1200 calories)- lean protein and fruits and veggies. This will rev up your metabolism and you will burn fat quickly.
