Backbends?


Question:
oka well im in cheerleading & when i do back bends my stomach mussels get streached out and theybeen hurting for three days noww.

1.i knoo i have to streach before doing them vut how do i streach my stomach
2.how do i make it feel better? i need to do one tonight
3.ill pick best ansswer

If you are still hurting you may have torn something a bit. Take is a easy for a while and warm up more before you go into those bridges.
before u do them...make sure to do a bridge, and u could ice ur stomach, and that might make ur stomach feel better.
ive been doin gymnastics for 7 years now so i know wat u mean before u backbend tuck on the floor and roll a few times i know sounds stupid but trust me. then do a backbend then after do it again. TRust me it works worked for me and my enitre team. let me know how it goes

The way you stretch your stomach is:
Lay on the floor, laying face down and on your stomach.
Inhale and lift up your face and shoulders off the floor.
Hold the stretch for like 3 counts then, lower down and repeat
for 5 times.

that's a good stretch that should make it better.
