Will this help me lose weight/ tone up any?
Question:
bowl of cereal at breakfast (honey bunches on oats or shedded wheat)
a salad with some grilled chicken at lunch
and some tuna with a veggie at supper
and a 100 calories pack in the afternoon, along with 8 glasses of water a day
would I tone up and lose some weight?
Answers:
if this is more activity than you have done previously, and less calories than you have currently been taking... yes.
to lose weight you must burn more calories than you eat. the answer to weather or not this will help depends on your current status.
it doesn't look like enough food, but portions will decide that.
regardless you will likely see some lower body toning from that trampoline. fun too!!
Without knowing your current height and weight, I'd have to venture a guess and say that is not enough food in one day. Your body will think it's starving, and make losing weight even harder.
yes, that sounds like that is a good plan! good luck!
Lose weight maybe, tone up no. To tone you absolutely need to do weights 3-4 times a week.
yea too much weight!! honeybunches of ats only have up to about 150 to 200 calories with the milk. and a salad with some grilled chicken is about 350 calories maybe 400. and a 100 calorie pack is only a 100 calories. so thats about 600-700 calories a day with an additional 60 oz of water ( 8 glasses). an average person thats on a diet should have up to 1500 calories a day. and no that will not make you tone up. in order to tone up you need to do some abdominal exersices as well as others to work out all part of your body.
hope i helped and good luck
you will lose weight, you're eating about 600 calories a day and if you weigh 150lbs then you're burning 170 calories an hour on the trampoline. 600-170=430. The average metabolism burns 2000 calories a day. 430-2000= -1570.
A pound of body fat is equal to 3500 calories. 1750 calories would therefore be half a pound, and since you caloric intake is -1570 you will be losing a little less than half a pound a day.
Toning? I dont think so. 50-100 crunches a day isnt many. In a couple weeks you will see results, but not the day after. Also, when you are finished dieting your metabolism will be damaged from eating so few calories, therefore you must ease yourself up to 800 calories, then 1000, and so on, or else you will just gaon back all the weight plus more.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

You can burn more calories if you do routines on a trampoline for 30 minutes.
