Not much.you need to combine healthy diet and excercise for noticeable results.
you wont lose a lot but you have to eat healthy drink plent of water and also excersice and ull se results- plus youll feel great and youll look great!!
depends on your diet. sodas , gatorade , and other drinks add up to alot of calories at the end of the week. possibly up to 5,000 calories. you could lose 1-3 pounds a week.

cut those out and walk a mile a day --should loose 8 to 10 lbs.
leave them off for 6 months and and lose 20 to 30 pounds
I think your body would actually go into starvation mode and you wouldn't lose a whole lot... your metabolism would slow down and be messed up... its easier to lose it on a diet and exercise..
