Question:
I'm 25, doing moderate weight lifting. I also walk a lot as part of my job. It takes me a long time to recover after some lifting - I feel tired most of next day. Sometimes I have to skip workouts because I don't have any energy.

I always find that a nice whey protein shake taken immediately after a workout to boost my energy levels. Of course I always throw in some strawberries along with creatine and glutamine.
Eat something high in potassium..bananas, oranges.
