I had a bf.i used to exercise..now i dont...i eat a lot..ive put on..no exercise..motivate me to lose...plz?

i had a bf..i used to exercise a lot for him..now he's gone out of my life :(..i miss him..also, he's not here..we dot meet at all.. dont think ill get to see him again...coz of all this, ive started eating a lot lately..makes me not feel like exercisin..wwat to do?? also, wat are the benefits f getting someone exrcise wid u?? plzzz help me..i'd apprciate it..thnx

When a situation or a break up like that happens to me I think, "wow, do I really want to eat this, gain weight and look less attractive as to when i was with him" you just have to remember if you do see him again, you want him to be in awe and amazement like "woah, i wish i was still with her, she looks amazing!" so think about that every time you are putting food into your mouth.
the benifits of having some1 else is that it motivates you to go a little bit faster and a little bit longer
it sounds like you are depressed over him. Once you get over him, you'll start taking better care of yourself. Move on from the experience and focus on yourself, not him.
Get your family and friends to help you out if necessary. And read books and stay busy.

if you dont think you have to exercise, you wont. dont slump around its not good, mentally or physically. go out there and get the stank blown off of you. i think meeting new people, potential boyfriends, should be motivation enough. plus wanting to feel better about yourself is motivation.

What you need to do is say 'screw-him' and hop back up on another horse.

You dont need him to help you exercise. All you need is yourself and an attitude like no other to keep you going.

Try starting out with simple exercises like sit-up then move to like jogging. You'll get back in there.

i learned that as soon as you start excersiveing and just force your self to do it one day then you begin to feel better about yourself and you dont want to eat the crap food it just comes naturally when i dont excersive i resort to easy fatty foods but then i do and everything just works out i used to weight like 140ish :'( but iv been working out and im down to 125! and it didnt take long at all! and if this guy doesnt like u cuase u were overweight then he doesnt matter blow him off find a newer hotter guy who wouldnt care if you were fat or skinny just be heathy and exercising with other people does motavate you but then again sometimes they can slow you down so pick your partner wisly

dunno what happened b'tween u 2 but he may b the problem u r having now. i just had a gf of 4yrs leave and instead of eating 2 much i don't eat at all. breakups r hard, u may try contacting him, it may not b as bad as u think b'tween u 2.
exercise can b done just by taking long walks at night if ur area is ok 2 do that in. i dunno what u weigh that u r worried about exercising, but the truth is u need 2 do what is good 4 u 'n ur body, not whats good 4 some guy. u r the 1 who needs 2 b healthy for u. take it slow, a block or 2 at a time...but truthfully walking is ur best bet. if it doesn't work, my ex left a brand new nordictrac 360 machine here that i'm gonna disassemble b'fore i get tossed out to the streets...buy 1 of those and try it, u will get better use out of it than she did as she never used it and truthfully didn't need 2 anyway.

First of all, if you're not motivated to lose weight, nobody can do it for you. Also, you just say the biggest reason to exercise again and loose weight, you don't have a boyfriend!, I think it will be easier for you to get one if you loose some weight and also if you exercise because in the gym or park where you can go and exercise you could know interesting single guys, so what are you waiting for? You don't need anyone else to exercise, just get you butt off the couch and move girl!
If he broke with you then you have more motivation to loose weight, you should go and loose weight and exercise to have a great body so he can look back again at you and see what he just losed, he 'll regret it when he sees you in perfect shape and better without him.
The truth is...you don`t need him in your life to be happy and healthy. Do it for yourself. Starting tomorrow...set a new goal for your life!! Put a picture of you on your bathroom mirror, one of you when you were the size that you would like to be once again. Then, eat a good breakfast, about 600 calories, then for lunch have about 400 calories, and for dinner have about 300 calories. If you exercise everyday and make sure that you are eating healthy, you will loose weight. Some good diet ideas are:
1. Drink DIET Soda
2. Eat fat-free things
3. Eat sugar free sweets {like jello, which has almost no calories if you get the sugar free kind}
4. Start chewing gum to get food off of your mind
5. Start hanging out with your friends more often, just have some fun!!
6. Re-arrange your house.to match the new you.
7. Eat lots of fruits and veggies!!
8. Eat fat free or lean meats
9. Just keep looking at that picture on your bathroom mirror for some motivation!!
