lie down on ur stomach & raise ur legs togather with knees straight. initially it will be difficult but u will be able to do it for 3-5 minutes at a time. do it 3 - 4 times a day, in the morn when u get up, in the evening before dinner & few times in between. u can do it on ur bed when relaxing.
give it one month.
U need a good lower body workout. Join a gym and do the following exercises
Squats
Lunges
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Calf Raise
