How can i get lean and lose weight effectively?
Question:
Answers:
As far as diet, try to eat 5-6 small meals a day each consisting of lean protein (skinless chicken breast, lean fish, or egg whites are best), fruit or vegetable, and healthy grain (brown rice and whole grain bread are great). Don't coat your food in sauces, try to rely on herbs for flavoring your food. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Do NOT cut out all fats, but try to limit the ones you do eat to healthy fats, such as olive oil or the fats found in fish and nuts. Don't cut your calories too much. If you are unsure of your needs, do some research or talk to a nutritionist. If you do well all week, give yourself one cheat meal, but be reasonable - don't eat a whole cake!
You're going to have to exercise. For aerobics I suggest interval training. You pick an activity and change the intensity during your workout. Maybe jog for 3 minutes then go into a sprint for 1, continue for 30-40 minutes. If you have to work up to this long thats fine, just try to go a minute longer each day. Try doing this at least 3 days a week.
In order to be lean you will have to incorporate weight training into your routine. Either do a full body workout every other day or two or do a different body part each day. Try lifting low weight (it should still be challenging) , high repetitions. Also be sure to give your body a rest- your body needs to repair itself to build muscle.
Hope this helps!
You want to lose 10 pounds of ugly fat off of your body?? Chop your head off!!
Just kidding.
Drink lots of water and lower your fat intake. Go to the gym and work out twice for 30 minutes. Then take a twenty minute break.
Chew your food 32 times before swallowing so that the body will know when it is full.
Eat lots of nuts to increase motabolism.
Instead of 3 full portioned meals each day, try 4-6 meals with lesser portions and healthier dishes. DRINK NOTHING BUT WATER IN BETWEEN. A favorite of mine is Smart Water from Glaceau. (They also make Vitamin Water with 50 calories, and Fruit Water with 30 calories. Smart Water has 0 calories, so its recommended. If you HAVE to drink something sweet, the other two are good. They taste GREAT and are healthy)
Try bike riding. Biking up steep hills is great exercise.
Watch less TV, and don't eat while watching TV.
Watching TV exposes you to more fast food commercials, making you crave. It also makes it harder to go outside and be energetic.
If you DO get cravings, then brush your teeth! It satisfies the craving while giving you a healthy habit. It will give you better teeth, not to mention. Pamela Anderson is well known for this trick.
DONT TRY DIET PILLS THEY DON'T HELP and whatever you do DON'T GET SURGERY ITS NOT NATURAL
I really hope this helps. Good luck!

Weight Loss Facts:
Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?
Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program shown below...

Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
