What is the fastest way to loose weight?

Since my new job I have gained alot of weight, and I don't have time to go to the gym because I attend night school. By the time I get home and study it is going on midnight, and then I have to wake up by 7am to start the cycle again. If any one knows how I can loose weight so my boyfriend thinks I am hott again...I would love you for ever (lol)

I would say just watch your diet.
Eat only heathy things and drink tons of water.
this should give you move energy so when you have a free second you could fit any kind of exercise in like jogging or hit the gym for an hour
Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

Loosing a lot of weight fast doesn't mean to slim your tummy. It's not working that way. It's a long process to bring your tummy back in shape.

You are pretty the way you are , honey. Don't do anything bad to your body. And don't listen to people who want to sell you diet pills or other stuff. It is a dangerous thing.

drink a lot of water. minimize what you are eating, eat healthier foods. Cut out sodas completly!! you may have really bad cravings the first week along with headaches and tiredness, but when you get the caffine and/or sugar out of your system you will feel lighter and have m ore energy! take the steps whenever possible and while most professionals tell you not to exercise right before bed I stretch while I am watching the nightly news, use my little arm band stretchy thingy then head off to bed. Also try a light breakfast this way your stomach will not extend as far during the day this will keep you from being as hungry throughout the day. also DO NOT EAT AFTER DINNER!! do not eat anything, if you get the munchies drink a glass of water. It takes a while to switch your life style but push through the urges and in a week or so you wont imagine going back to fat.
Watch what you eat. Cut out the fats, sugar, and carbs .. I agree ... Lots of H2O!! As for your boyfriend, he should love you the way you are and continue to think your HOT. If losing weight is what you want, he should try and exercise with you too. Good Luck!

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
