How do i lose 30 pounds in 22 days?
Question:
Answers:
Not to be mean, but why did you wait until the last minute to decide you want to weigh 110? Unfortunately there is no safe way to lose 30lbs in 22 days. A safe regime of diet and exercise will shed 2-3 pounds a week max. You can lose water weight fairly quickly but it is not real weight and you will gain it back. Sorry Hon, good ol' diet and exercise it the only safe way to do it and you should have started at the beginning of the summer. If you stop eating or drastically reduce your caloric intake, your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to fat cells making it harder to lose weight.
Drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegtables. And start excersing.
you can cut off your arm or a leg. i kind of had a similar problem. you should do cross country. i lost like 15 pounds in two weeks; however, you have to work extremely hard.
Seriously, that is very unhealthy and more than unlikely without some kind of surgery. It is healthly to lose about 2 -3 pounds a week. MAX. If you drop too much weight too fast, it will all come back anyway. Plus you could really hurt your body doing that. If you need a free diet plan, look at Sparks People.com it is a free page and it is kinda cool. Also, remember lots of water (about 64 ounces a day) and lots of cardio.,.IE: Running, swimming, some kind of sports. Good Luck and try to keep up the motivation because losing weight is really hard.
thats a lot to lose but dont let anyone tell you that you cant,
first take only water between meals.
and drink only water if you can
when weight is lost the fat can release harmful toxins into the body and water stops the bad affects of this.
celery believe it or not is a slimming food.
it takes more energy to eat a stick of celery, than the stick contains.
but have balanced meals, lots of water and dont use the pills!
Buy clothes that fit! Don't buy clothes that you "think you will fit in eventually". You'll feel a lot better going to school everyday when you don't have to squeeze into your pants every morning and look at your muffin top before you leave.
You should try to join a sports team. (And stick with it). Try swimming =)
You will not lose 30 pounds in 22 days unless you cut some body part off.
holy s****! i have the same problem! omg i was just about to ask this question. im gonna look at your answers. im going back to school shopping and i dont wanna have to buy big clothes either. btw im 140 and i wanna be 110. WOW . biggg coincidence.
30 pounds in 22 days? Impossible.
20 Pounds in 22 days? Impossible.
10 Pounds in 22 days? Impossible.
5 Pounds in 22 days? Possible.
Face it. Nothiing you can do. That much weight is very unhealthy. I'm being realistic, not stupid. Why did you just start thinking about losing weight now??
You had the whole summer to commit to it! If you did, you possibly could have lost that much!
You want to lose 10 pounds of ugly fat off of your body?? Chop your head off!!
Just kidding.
Drink lots of water and lower your fat intake. Go to the gym and work out twice for 30 minutes. Then take a twenty minute break.
Chew your food 32 times before swallowing so that the body will know when it is full.
Eat lots of nuts to increase motabolism.
Instead of 3 full portioned meals each day, try 4-6 meals with lesser portions and healthier dishes. DRINK NOTHING BUT WATER IN BETWEEN. A favorite of mine is Smart Water from Glaceau. (They also make Vitamin Water with 50 calories, and Fruit Water with 30 calories. Smart Water has 0 calories, so its recommended. If you HAVE to drink something sweet, the other two are good. They taste GREAT and are healthy)
Try bike riding. Biking up steep hills is great exercise.
Watch less TV, and don't eat while watching TV.
Watching TV exposes you to more fast food commercials, making you crave. It also makes it harder to go outside and be energetic.
If you DO get cravings, then brush your teeth! It satisfies the craving while giving you a healthy habit. It will give you better teeth, not to mention. Pamela Anderson is well known for this trick.
DONT TRY DIET PILLS THEY DON'T HELP and whatever you do DON'T GET SURGERY ITS NOT NATURAL
Play sports at school. CC is good.
Short of having a limb amputated, you can't lose that much weight in such a short time. If you do you will gain it all back right away. You can starve yourself every day (really fun, but are you really that vain?) and that will pretty much do it.
You weigh what you weigh because of your lifestyle. Change it and over time you can lose weight. I don't care what anyone tells you, there is no quick fix that is effective! Believe them at your peril.
im here for you

Weight Loss Facts:
Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?
Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program shown below...
