I lost weight! Now I put it back on! WTF?

Question:
I'm currently dieting and exercising as I want my abs to show through and I lost 4kg not so long ago (so that makes me 61 kg) but this morning when I weighed myself I weighed 63-64kg!!

Is this because of my muscles or have I actually put on weight?!

I asked around but people are saying that I look good and that I haven't put on weight and they're trying to re-assure me its just my muscles but I don't know, can it actually be my muscles??

:(

Answers:
it's your muscles
yes its your muscles
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Continue with your exercise routine, you should see a difference.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as my experience, types of foods and veggies to eat, healthy low fat snacks, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

How do your clothes fit? Im sure its your muscle, but the best judge is your clothes. By gaining weight in the form of muscle you will actually be smaller. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space.
