so i have a lot of muscle in my body, in particular my legs...im 17, 5'8" and about 158-163 lbs. if fluctuates. but i used to wear like two sizes smaller in pants, and now i have to wear bigger size just for my thighs and butt- and their too big in the waist...so i wanna know how to lose like ten pounds...and mostly in my legs. and i already have a lot of muscle, so i want like leaner muscle and less fat.
