Can i lose weight by just eating right and doing crunches?

OKay well for the past week ive been eating lke healthy not fatty or oily foods and been doing crunches and i lost 2 pounds. Is it just a coinceidence or am i really losing weight by the way i eat??!!

Eating healthy and exercising IS the way to weight loss, so most of that weight that you lost is probably from those changes you made.

But I suggest adding some more variety to your workout. Try running, walking, biking or swimming. Crunches alone will only take you so far.

Yes, simply changing your diet can cause you to lose weight. However doing only crunches won't help with weightloss, you need to do some form of cardio as well.
