exercise consistently (even if it's 20 minutes a day). and eat balanced meals. this is very very important. a balanced diet should consists of fruits, and lots of vegetables, and whole grains. only eat when you are TRULY hungry (not when you not sure). a few small snacks between meals are okay (like a piece of fruit. nothing big).

Just eat food low in calories and exercise.
Pump up that cardio. Go running, swimming,bike riding. Do it with friends but not ones that drag you down. Stop eating junk food or pop(soda) and coffee.Be active every chance you get by little things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or race your friends to the car. Go walk around the mall. Go out to clubs just to dance, or dance around your house. You could take a yoga, or kick boxing class. Just make sure whatever your doing its fun so it easier to stick to.

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
