I need to loose weight, but fast!?

Unfortunately there is no magic cure to weight loss. Losing weight takes committment and work. You say you want to loose alot of weight in 1 month. If you set unrealistic expectations you will only get discouraged and go back to your old ways. If you dont want to take pills then you are going to have to eat healthy. Try the old fashioned way...burn more calories than you consume. If you can find just 20 minutes a day to exercise it will speed up the weight loss. Allow yourself only 1200 calories per day. If you stick to that you are sure to lose weight, but remember it is going to be gradual. Even if you lose only 2 pounds per week, it is a start and it better than gaining weight. Get rid of the junk food and snack on vegetables. Smoothies are a great low cal snack. Dont starve yourself. Your body needs a certain amount of calories to keep up your metabolism.
dont eat alot, only like 100 calories aday.
and then throw up what you do eat. and
exercise all day. :]

Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
