well like me i do a sport and when u do a sport or work out u need to drink more water then needed.. Be cause u swett it off so u loose water.. i drink 5 32ounces of water each day. water is very good it will speed up ur metabolism and u will loose weight.. so u could just drink 8 glass or 5 or 4 32 ounces of water.. when u know u are hydrated ur pee will be clear lol nasty ik.. but its a fact

you need to drink an average of 8 glasses or cups of water. i drink about 10 because i drink like 6 when im at the gym. If you dont drink you water you gain weight and you get bad acne.
