Weight lose?

Hi all I need a good remedy to loose weight including exercise, that will not trigger me to have an asmtha attack as i am a servere asmathic

Answers:
if you want to lose weight and are in a cycle of failed diets, i suggest you try hypnosis. sounds weird and random but it could really help you out! both of my parents did it and are both in pretty good shape now. and we are a normal family from southern california.

there is no secret cure for losing the pounds...

but if you dont like my first idea, you can stick to the basic principle of calories in vs. calories out


also try to cut out the soda and most junk food from your diet and try getting fiber (like lettuce, etc) in your system.

drink a lot of water and carry a bottle with you at all times so you can sip.

cold showers (believe it or not) will speed your metabillism as well as muscle.

try writing down everything you eat; you will be less likely to pig out (eat comfortably slow too to prevent "pigging out")

AND dont eat two hours before bed and make sure to get enough sleep

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.

eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
also allow your body to tell you when you're hungry, when it growls, eat.

do aerobic exercises

do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer

or you can run in one place for 15 min per day or more.
or run up and downstairs. or jog/run/walk around your block

starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.
