Did i eat too much?!?


Question:
i ate

- 10 baby carrots
- 1 cup of cereal w/ 1/2 cup 1 percent milk
- 1/2 apple with 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 clementines
- four crackers
- 1 cup of chicken broth

total calories - 500

I am such a pig! I want to lose 6 pounds. I want to be 94 pounds! I'm only five feet.

here is what i ate on sunday.

2 butter croissants...one filled with creamcheese and cucumbers
one pizza
one chicken shawarma (pita bread sandwhich)
one felafel shawarma
some kind of crazy pasta
2 gelato cones ( 4 scoops each)
2 baklava (arabic sweet)
one bubble tea

This was the craziest binge ever... i dont even know why i ate without stop. It must have been coz of a fight i had with my best friend... but i donno why i didnt realize im doing my body harm. I was 152 pounds and due to overeating i went to 156 and trust me i had to excercise a lot and am back at 150 again... I eat little everyday and by the third or fourth day, have this urge that i cant keep my mind off food and fall into temptation again, however im slowly improving.

If you think you are eating too little. then you are crazy. Just eat around 1500 calories a day and enjoy a good workout, you will get toned by the day!

Are you frickin' kidding me? You honestly think that eating that amount of food makes you a pig? No offense here honey, but this is sort of ridiculous. You need to decide how much is too much based on how you feel after you eat--do you feel like you are full or do you feel stuffed? And honestly, I think it's really dumb to rely on the opinions of some random people on a website who don't even know you. YOU are the only one who can decide if you eat too much. But if I had to venture a guess, I would say..NO. You are definitely not guilty of overeating.
You may not have eaten too much, but your chick broth and crackers, and cereal may cause you to gain or retain your weight.

I have few friends who tried the soup and salad routine to loose weight only to find that the soup contains MSG. It turns out that MSG causes obesity for many people.

The people on this diet did not loose any weight. In fact It wasn't until that stop using the soup and wheat product that they begin to loose.

Sometimes it not how much your eat, but what you eat. it's called food allergies.

How old are you? Is this just one meal or your whole day? I hope only one meal. A person who is your height and is moderately active should consume about 1850 calories per day. If this is your whole day you should seriously seek some professional help...and eat some protien!
