if it's canned soup, no it's not healthy. homemade soup is fine. canned is full of sodium and processed ingredients.
good snack, try to add blueberries they've got an amazing amount of antioxidants.
for dinner, try not to overdo it on tuna, it contains mercury. eat wild salmon if you can find it. tofu is fine, baked beans... try other kinds of beans like canned black beans. add some veggies with dinner, too. don't boil or microwave them, but steam them. also, white tea has a higher antioxidant count than green tea. try to drink pomegranate white tea for an extra boost of health benefits. but green tea is very healthy too. hope that helps
it looks like ur eating food a person on a diet would b eating! get more protein into u!
wheat need yougurt or milk.6 dried-not fried nuts.
lunch needs protein.tuna,fish,eggs,feta cheese,turkey---
dinner is ok
soy milk limit to 1 small glass a day
i´d have the vits with the larger meal since vits need real food to "act".if you take with only water or little food they do not work
It seems to be ok. Maybe you need to switch up. Seems a little boring.
the food seems healthy enough and as long as it doesnt leave you hungry its an ok diet. maybe you should vary the types of protien and getting it from other sources other that tofu like red meat maybe?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
