Water Diet??


Question:
some one told me that drinking water and only water two days a week helps lose weight. what do you think. keeping a balanced diet on the rest of the days too...

It actually cleans out your system. Most people are on it for like a week. That way all you're putting into your body is water... no bad things like pop & fast food. Sometimes they tell you to take laxatives too, because that flushes out the bad stuff that hasn't gotten out yet. I heard there was years of build up sometimes in your intestines. I actually got on that diet to flush out my system after I heard about it. You do lose weight, but it's just water weight. I'll come back as soon as you start eating normally again. Even if you're eating healthy, it will still come back... but it's ok. At least your getting your body into a healthy state, right? =)
