How the heck do you work out the back?

Question:

Answers:
Exercises that work the back are dead lifts, bent-over rows, and the rear deltoid fly.

If you need descriptions of those exercises, I'm sure you'll find them if you google it, but if not, e-mail me.
Usually, ab workouts will also work out the back.

Doing leglifts (with both legs at once), crunches, and even pushups will help work out your back.
Doing abdominal work affects the back muscles too. Any core training. Specifically, back extension exercises.
