What I ate today?

Okay so here is a list of what I ate today. How healthy was it and what could i have done better. Also I wanted to eat a banana too but we were out.

in no particular order
2 small no sugar added fudge pops 80
1 rice cake 45
Mushroom and spinach salad w/ light ranch dressing 120
½ a piece of cod 50
1 cup protein spaghetti w/ 2 tbs reduced fat parmesan cheese 230
1 kiwi 45
1.5 oz ground beef 125
2 cups sim milk 160
1 oz fat free Pringles 70
1 cup low sodium v8 splash 50
½ cup no sugar added apple sauce 50
1 oz unsalted almonds 166

Answers:
That's just about perfect. It's about 1190, and even though 1200 is the minimum, its very close enough. Had you had your banana, it would've been over 1200.

Keep it up your doing just fine.
Actually that is about right. Females need about that much and males would need a little more.
Depending on your weight and height, you might need to add a couple calories. Or take some away.
Don't make counting calories your life... watch what you eat but dont obsess. that can lead to eating disorders.
Honestly, you need to eat more calories. 1191 is not enough to give you the fuel you need.
its really healthy and its great that u care so much but be careful not to make it an obsession...it can be very dangerous but other then that u sound like ur getting ur proper amount of fat intake and so on...watch the veggies...u might want a bit more but other then that its sounding great!...
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
