Can somebody Please tell me some good work outs for an extremely overweight girl?

I'm a 17 year old girl, and I've tried a lot when it comes to losing weight, but i can't be happy with what I've done because it isn't enough. does anybody know of anything that can help me?

The best thing is to walk for 1 hour every day. You say you are very overweight? I don't know how much that is. So, get out there EVERY day and walk. And I mean WALK.put your butt into it! Pump your arms, too. It will help get your heart rate up-----It takes about 15 minutes to get your heart rate up and then you need to keep it up for at least 45 minutes to burn FAT. Walking for less than an hour..won't do you any good.

Don't try to starve yourself. You need to eat at least 1,200 calories a day to lose weight. Less than that and your body will shut down because you are starving it and it will hold on to ALL of your stored fat and calories. So starving is NO good.
Give up and and all fast food. It's all crap. You can get "healthy" snack foods. Pretzels are great to munch on when you have that craving. And fruit is FABULOUS when you want something sweet. And you can eat as much fruit as you want!

umm just exercise an hour each day. dont eat more than 500 calories per meal and have 1 cheat day per weak. dont eat more than 15 grams of fat per meal.
try fasting and writing down ur goals, drink only water.. and eat no more than 1000 cals a day i would go for 800 tho, brush ur teeth alot to prevent eating n chew gum.. if u binge alot then u can also brush ur teeth to prevent it, or try putting a rubber band around ur wrist nd flicking urself if u think about binging
