How can i loose weight all over my body not just my stomach...ive been excersing for a long time and my waist had gotten very thin..but my arms and legs look the same..hwo can i change that?

Keep exercising with lots of cardio (running, walking, jumping rope). You need to tone up, so start adding in some weight lifting (smaller weights with lots of reps will do the best for toning without bulking up). Swimming is also great for slimming down! All of this along with a healthy diet should do that trick. Good luck!
