Your boyfriend wants you fluffy so he thinks there isn't a possibility of you leaving him for another guy. Lose the weight, and if he leaves, so what. At least you will have your health.

Even though he likes you the way you are, that doesn't mean that he wouldn't still like you the way you are if you lost weight. If you are overweight then you would be much healthier if you lost some.
Don't worry. you can if you like just try to eat healthy and exercise half an our everyday, it could just be walking around in the mall or going to the beach or taking a dog or a friend around the block a couple of times. Don't try to lose weight, try to gain health. ;)
If you are happy with yourself, stay the way you are. If you are worries about your health, or just want to loose a bit for other reason, go for it. Both your BF and mom will love you and support you either way!

Well sweetie, this should be a no-brainer. If you need to lose weight for your health do it. Sacrificing your own well being for a guy is dangerous and very selfish on his part.
He's probably afraid you'll get all hot looking and you'll start getting attention from other guys. It sounds almost like he wants you to stay overweight to keep you right where he wants you.
I dunnoooo.I'd lose the weight, and if boyfriend doesn't like it, find a hottie who appreciates physical fitness. =)
BF's will come and go, but mom's will always be there. And mom's tend to have your best interest at heart. Talk to your doctor about the ideal weight for your height, age, and body build.

Better to be fitter than fatter. Good for the heart, too.
You could even lose fat, and put on some muscle, and still be slimmer. You'll look and feel better.
If your bf is a chub, too, have him exercise with you.
think of your health. Do you want to have cholestrol, heart diabetic problems. If your boy doesn't understand he's not worth it. Maybe your boy is scared of you getting slim you will be attracting more guys and he's jealous of that.
Well it depends if you are in good shape or not. If your doctor is saying that you are overweight, maybe you should go with your mom's advice. However, if you are average weight for your age/height I think that you should stay how you are. Plus, your boyfriend might just be trying to make you feel good. He's not exactly going to say that you need to lose weight...but its your decision.
You might want to ask yourself if your boyfriend is an enabler.
BTW, it isn't really fair to ask a boyfriend if you need to lose weight, now is it?
Now for all the guys out there, let me pass along the perfect tip for when your gf or spouse asks you this question: "Honey, does this dress make me look fat?"

Well depending on your hieght age and wieght if you were say 5' tall and were 180 pounds your not in the shape you should be in , but it is totally up to you to determine if you want to lose wieght or not if your not happy about yourself or you feel that you could lose a few then the coise is in your hands you don't want people to force you to do something that you don't want to do you just need to know if your in good health and no medical problems or family history of medical problems do to wieght ! you need to look and ask about all thats being said and why !

well either you please your mom, please your boyfriend, or please the people by doing what they say. I say "if it's better for your health and other aspects of your life then it would be in your best interest" you could also use this as an advantage by getting your mom to buy you new clothes since the old ones don't fit you then have your boyfriend buy you food so you can gain weight.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Forget your boyfriend , if you need this for your health...then do whatever you have to do so you don't get any diseases...do you really want yourlife shortened because, " my boyfriend didnt want me to lose weight." if your not obese...or even really overweight, i say forget it, and do whatever you want. if u think u look cool, then keep the weight.but if u know ur gonna have healthy issues...then you better get on it!
i think ur bf wants you to stay large (please dont take offense) because he probably thinks once you get skinny you will be more atractive and other men will try to take you away from him so loose weight but reassure your bf that you wont leave him

build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.
eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.
don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
do aerobic exercises
do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer
starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.
